Process Details
Class and Salary Manager/ Analyst determines which compensation information to review. Review employee ranking by job code, anonymous ranking, and salary structure summary. Review employee compensation history and the employee compensation history via self-service. Review the employee job evaluation by grade. Review the Compensation reports including Salary History by Employee, Salary History by Department, Salary History by Company, and Employee Compensation Changes.
